A fun lil batch this time! First one is Gameo art I started a long time ago, and dragged my feet on cos the original plan was to make it a clean solids piece. Back in hecking June Arty came up with an OC design where the dude had a mask of flowers, and there was a beautiful Jojo’s fanart I liked with ribbons in the bg (their art is lovely, please check them out), so I was inspired to draw Gameo like this. I remember at the time I was listening to a lot of Cocktail by Hysteric Blue, too...you know, because of sexy black blindfolds lmao What an eclectic mix, but I’m still satisfied with the end result.
I think I finished the next one a little earlier than the first, but it’s vertical, so the formatting works better in this order lol It’s Miyoko, the OC of Chosho, for an art trade in a discord server (not ATU, rip ATU). Uh, I still suck at abs and boobs, so it was decent practice, but it still feels off to me in a way I can’t put my finger on :/
Last one was for a secret santa event in the same server! It’s Yosuke for beefy, and I love how it came out ))) Though it’s also a huge reminder for me--my drawing style’s been getting simpler lately (not necessarily a bad thing), but at times my grasp of colors and lighting seems to be getting better and it makes all the difference?? Those tend to be the things I love and appreciate the most when looking at other people’s art, so being happy with it in my own is great.
