Arisu blinks. “Wait. That’s not just a credit card, is it?”

You just smirk. “Nope.”

He’s lowkey shook but not because you’re rich—because you never acted like it.

“You could’ve told me you were a secret heiress, you know.”

Then he laughs and pulls you close. “But I gotta admit… you being rich just makes you hotter.”

Daikichi Karube

Karube finds out when you pull up in a custom sports car and casually say, “My fourth favorite.”

He stops mid-beer sip. “What do you mean fourth?”

You hand him the keys. “Wanna drive it?”

He’s into it.

“Damn, babe. You mean I’ve been dating a billionaire baddie this whole time?”

He’s proud, too. “You being rich? Just means I gotta work harder to deserve you.”

Chota Segawa

Chota is gobsmacked.You tell him you own a company,and he just stares.

“You’re what?! A CEO?!”

He panics like he’s underdressed just talking to you. “Do I need a suit? Should I bow?!”

You laugh and kiss his forehead.

He eventually calms down and gets so soft about it.

“I don’t care how rich you are… you’re still my angel. And I’d love you even if we lived in a cardboard box.”

Tatta Kōdai

He’s incredibly humble and down-to-earth, so when he finds out, he’s overwhelmed.

“You’re… rich? Like really rich?”

You nod, and he gets so flustered. “Why… why are you with someone like me?"

You hug him and say, “Because I don’t care about money—I care about you.”

He tears up. “I’ll never let anyone treat you like a wallet. You’re my love, not a checkbook.”

Oki Yaba

Yaba smirks the moment he finds out. “So that’s why you smell like success.”

He loves a powerful woman, especially one that can outbid countries on rare art.

“Damn. All this time I thought I was the dangerous one.”

He definitely starts plotting how to protect you from gold diggers and snakes.

“You’re rich, hot, and mine. The world should be afraid.”

Sunato Banda

He stares silently when he finds out. Just one long look.

“…Interesting.”

Doesn’t flinch, doesn’t praise, doesn’t insult. Just tucks that info into his mental arsenal.

“I’ll guard you like a vault,” he finally says. “Rich or not, you’re mine. And no one touches what’s mine.”

Then walks off like a shadow—already planning who to eliminate for looking at you wrong.

Kyuma Ginji

Kyuma finds out and grins."Well damn, sugar mama. That explains the private concert tickets.”

He jokes, but deep down he’s impressed.

“You could’ve told me I was dating royalty. I’d have worn silk.”

He doesn’t care that you’re rich—he loves that you still dance barefoot in the rain.

“Money or not, I fell for your heart. The cash just makes our adventures sexier.”

Kuzuryu Keiichi

Kuzuryu doesn’t react much. You tell him, and he just nods.

“I suspected.”

You blink. “What?”

“Your shoes cost more than my law school.”

He respects your status but never treats you differently. “If anything, it makes sense. You carry yourself like someone born to lead.”

But he does subtly get more protective. Especially with people who might want to use you.

Takeru Danma (Hatter)

Hatter lives for drama. When you casually mention your family owns islands, he gasps theatrically.

“You’re a goddess! A queen! A deity among mortals!”

He throws himself on the couch like you just gave him a heart attack.

“Babe. Why didn’t you tell me? We could’ve taken your yacht to Venus!"

But truthfully? He’s madly in love with you—not the money. He just thinks the fantasy of it all is fabulous.

Niragi Suguru

Niragi hears it and just grins.

“So you’re loaded, huh? That’s hot.”

He’s impressed. Not because of the wealth, but because you never needed him—you chose him.

“You’ve got the world in your hands… and still picked a monster like me. I’m honored, babe.”

Aguni takes it seriously. When he finds out, he goes quiet for a bit.

Chishiya gives you a long, unreadable stare.

“You’re rich? Huh.”

He’s calm, cool, and maybe a little smug.

“I always knew you were above average.”

when he opened his eyes, he was surprised to find you next to him. 

you had known of his past — that he killed four women and went to prison for his crime. no one trusted him, and for good reason.

and yet, you were still here, cuddled into his side, fast asleep. you had let down your guard around him, and he wasn’t sure how to feel about that. 

he could have easily discarded you or let you die in a game. but in the couple weeks since you’ve met, he’s felt drawn to you in some way he couldn't explain. 

you had been useful for gaining others’ trust, he supposed. not that he needed it. he could survive alone, just as he always had.

but for now, he was content with having you around. 

he looked towards the window. it was still dark outside, too early to get up. 

he settled back into the mattress, drawing you closer to him. he closed his eyes once more. 

a small part of him hoped that you would still be there when he woke up.

you were woken by the rays of sunlight that cracked through the blinds. 

the first thing you noticed was the absence of your allies, save for chishiya, who seemed to be sleeping. the blond was resting against a nearby wall.

even though you had been allies for a while now, you had never seen him so peaceful – his head was leaning against the wall and his chest rose and fell in time with his breathing. 

when he was awake, chishiya appeared cold and distant. he was usually deep in thought, observing everyone and everything around him. 

but now, with his face relaxed, he seemed at peace. innocent, even.

as the sun rays moved across the room, they bathed him in golden light. 

a small gasp escaped your lips. he looked ethereal. 

“finally awake?” he spoke out of the blue, eyes still closed.

you averted your gaze, staring down at the ground. you heard him exhale, almost as if he were amused.

“let’s go. the others have gone to find supplies.” he stood up, shielding his eyes from the sun.

“were you awake this whole time?” you asked as you gathered your belongings.

he glanced back at you before leaving the room.

“maybe.”

you woke up first, like usual. 

niragi wasn’t a morning person, really. 

when he was asleep, he looked like a totally different person — his face was relaxed, his eyes fluttering as he dreamed. he was sprawled out, his body taking up most of the bed. 

you liked him like this, when he let his guard down. 

you brushed a strand of hair from his face. he looks so peaceful, you thought. nothing like the brash, boasting personality that threatened to kill everyone if they so much as looked his way. 

others at the beach never understood why you willingly hung out with niragi, and to be honest, you didn’t really know yourself. 

he treated you like trash when you first met. but something drew you to him. over time, he had warmed up to you. 

and now? he acted as your protector at the Beach. 

which brings us to your current situation – your fingers running through his hair as you gazed at his sleeping form. 

while you couldn’t wait to return to your world, a small part of you wanted to stay here with him. even if just for a little bit longer.

maybe his mother’s prayers really did come true. that was one explanation for why you were still by his side. 

for years, he had been teased by everyone for his inexperience with relationships. but you wove yourself into his life seamlessly, easily befriending arisu and karube to his delight. 

now, as you laid next to him on his bed, he gazed at you fondly. you were the apple of his eye, and he was so grateful to have you in his life. 

you must have noticed him staring at you, because you soon blinked your eyes awake. 

“i didn’t mean to wake you,” he said. “i was just thinking about how lucky I am.” 

you gave him a sleepy smile before your eyes fluttered closed again. 

he chuckled, drawing you close and kissing the top of your head.

it’s been a long time since he’s woken up feeling so well-rested. like many others, he had had trouble sleeping ever since arriving in the borderlands.

but since he met you, he felt more calm, more sure of himself. you were kind to everyone, even in this dog-eat-dog world. 

most importantly, you were the first person that didn’t think he was a good-for-nothing.

you were asleep beside him, your face slightly scratched from the previous night’s game. you had brushed it off, but tatta blamed himself for not shielding you in time.

still, you looked so peaceful. he didn’t think he deserved someone like you, but you reassured him every time. 

he grazed his finger over your cheek, jolting back when you winced. he hadn’t meant to wake you. 

“it’s okay,” you said sleepily. “i know you would never hurt me on purpose.”

he moved closer to you and wrapped an arm around your waist. you snuggled into his chest.

“love you,” you said as you fell back asleep. 

a small smile tugged at his lips. he rested his head on yours and closed his eyes.

“love you too.”

You were bored at your room while your boyfriend was playing his video games, so you walked into his room while Arisu was too focused on that aspect of progressing game into a victory. Then he noticed you and pause his game, removing his gaming headphones when you gave your hand to him.

At first, he would be very confuse with a big blank stare and he questions why you’re taking your hand out to him. He tilted his head with confusion, like a little puppy as he stares at you.

For a moment, Arisu just caressed your hand with his thumb, then held your guys’ hands together and he sigh. Afterwards, he considered you joining into his game when you sat beside him, then Arisu grab one of his extra controllers and give it to you so that you can play with him.

Daikichi Karube

When you showed up at his bar, sitting down at the stool while your boyfriend was cleaning the bar table. You were smiling at him to which he adore you so much, he asked of you what drink do you want?

Then he gave your favourite alcohol beverages as you rest your chin on your palm, watching him continue cleaning the bar table and when you wave your hand to Karube and let your hand.

He would be so gentle with you into touching one of your fingers, then slowly held one of your guy’s hands together as he squeeze for a moment, just a gentleman treating his lover.

Then Karube would kissing your knuckles then to your palm, and locked eyes with such gentle intimacy to you as he smiles telling you I love you.

Your boyfriend was talking to one of his friends, then you came into him as he was waving at you with a big smile.

Chota was looking at you and telling you how are you, just to check on you and showing he really cares about you.

At first when you took your hand out to him, he would be confused then normally high-five so awkwardly or so doing one of your guys’ couple high-fives. But if you attempt to still had your hand out then he would be very confused, just to look at you in the eyes and putting down your hand.

He would kissed your forehead and boop your nose instead, he would laughed at the sight of you and you were a little mad, but you loved him anyways.

While you were helping out with your boyfriend, repairing up the car as he underneath the car and asked you to grabbed the tools he was asking.

You pick up the tools for him like the wretch and screw driver, then at that moment when he still asked you. You take your hand out without tools that he was asking of, just your hand without anything holding.

As Tatta felt the softness from your palm then to your fingertips, while his hand was oiled up and dirty as he asked you where’s the tool that he was asking. So, he moved the cart and get up as he wipe off his face, looking at you in confused while staring at your hand.

He glances at you and questions about handing your hand to him, then suddenly he would held your hand and laughs but still is confused.

Tatta puts your hand towards his dirty face, looking at you like a little raccoon grabbing your affectionate attention to him. He just laughs and smiles at you.

Shuntaro Chishiya

I would say when you were trying to bring your boyfriend’s attention. He would flee away when you were trying to give your hand, just to see his reaction.

Consider that he may have ignore your silly gestures, Chishiya just knew what you’re doing and probably pretend in not knowing it.

No matter how long are you going to attempt to bring his attention, yet you failed but you were so determined to do it everyday.

So every time you approach to him: at the kitchen cooking your meal, busy talking on the phone with Kuina, too busy working at the hospital but had a break time lunch with you, or at the living room sitting down on the couch with his laptop while he was working.

Chishiya just likes to see how long are you gonna tired out of your silly little games. That every time you tried to see his reaction, it always backfires and you would be infuriated.

For a moment, after seeing your reaction as you were walking away, he always thought to himself on where’s the determined lover, who tried to bring his attention in given by their hand? And he would quietly laughed as he was teasing you for so long.

After ignoring your attempts, Chishiya just comes forward to you as he sat beside you in the couch, then grab your hand and kiss it as he hold your hands together into his. But you pout at him as he laughs, kissing you on the cheek, and apologizes while caressing your hand.

When Kuzuryū was back from work and you kissed him in the lips, he removed his tie as he came to sat down in the dinning room.

Since you make dinner for tonight as he was eating the meal that you just made, he looked at you and tells your day and how has it been. Kuzuryū hadn’t been spending his time with you, and that he’s been too busy at work all the time.

You think of something coming from your mind as you get off the chair, then you approach to him. At first, Kuzuryū was lifting his eyebrows at you and asked you what are you doing? And that you shouldn’t be finishing your meal.

From you giving your hand out to him, you were smiling at him. But he just stares at you and to your hand that’s in front of him. He was resting his head on to his knuckles, then he gives a stare at you in silence as if he was likely uncertain of what were you trying to do.

Your boyfriend heavily sigh as he clean his lenses for a moment, then he look at you as he slowly held your hand together. Looking at your hand as his gaze softened and slowly smiles at you, he truly missed you so much that he pulled you into his lap. Chishiya

Doesn't go on rides out of his own free will so you force him to get on with you.

Will not scream, he's not that scared but will cling to you during all drops and going upside down.

Once the coaster comes to a stop he locks in like nothing happened. Yet his heart is pounding against his chest like crazy and sweat is clinging to the back of his neck.

If the roller coaster had a feature where it takes a picture mid drop he'll usher you away from the stand 'cause he knows he looks ridiculous, and does not want you to see that.

His hair is everywhere from the wind whipping it around, he's clinging to you for dear life, and to top it off he's wearing a pained expression on his face with his eyes shut.

After that rides are off limits, for him at least. If you wanna go on a ride he'll follow behind and watch you from the side lines sucking in small but sharp breaths after every spin your section goes through.

And when you walk towards the exit with a bright yet frazzled expression he looks at you sideways. You just got off a free-fly ride and you're smiling saying you wanna go again... 💔

Has no favorite ride but enjoys scamming the people who run those carnival games out of prizes for you.

Kuina

I can definitely see her being a roller coaster fiend. Either she's been on every single coaster at least 3 times (even the ones for kids) or willing to try. She'll see thee biggest coaster you've been met with and goes,

"WE should go on this one! It's even a two seater so we can be together!" with a small smile on her face.

You WILL go on at least 1 ride with her, there's no escaping it. She'll lure you one way or another. The most common way (and yes this is a common occurrence) is by going on the carousel or any tame ride really, taking sweet pictures of you two, and even buying you cotton candy to share! Then suddenly you're standing in line for a ride called "Wrath of The Booty Tickler (New, Remastered)" in all bright red capital letters.

How is it remastered and new at the same time..? They just be naming attractions anything these days...🥀✌🏾

Then has the gull to pull some shii like "C'mon you only live once!!" when you're already buckled in the ride.

Just kidding...kinda, but you'll definitely be mad at her after. During this, she's buying you everything from a simple bracelet that you eyed at the souvenir shop to buying you more flash passes for your favorite rides.

Will make it up to you by the end of the day, thankfully. Not really wanting to deal with your fury on the way home.

"Bae please don't be mad at me, 'm sorry...We can go on the carousel again, yeah?"

Her favorite ride would be something like the Sky Striker.

Karube

Will insist that he's sooo nonchalant during roller coasters. Randomly dropped the 'fact' that he doesn't scream, flinch, or does anything really during the rides.

Yet as you settle down into your seat and fasten your seat belt Karube turns to you. "Hey I don't think my belt is tight enough..." you look down and the seat belt is SQUEEZING THE FAWK out of his waist.

"Karube...if you don't un-tighten that damn seat belt. Now if we hit a corner and you go flying out this cart, I'ma...I'ma laugh actually."

His face goes pale and starts to sweat as he fixes it as quickly as he can before staff can come around and help.

"Ha, yeah just can never be too safe y'know." He says trailing off.

Que the ride starting up and he flinches. Almost seemingly instinctively grabs the bar in front of him as the cart jerks forward.

You note mentally that if he screams during any part of this ride you will be holding this over his head for as long as he walks this earth.

As the tension builds going up the tracks Karube breath starts to hitch. Turning to you he confesses.

"I-I kinda lied about not being...oh shit..." He murmurs, registering how high you really are.

He's just about screaming bloody murder as the coaster comes down from it's peak full speed. Hitting all of it's sharp turns, screams and shouts of excitement engulf your ears. Karube who was still right next to you hadn't stopped screaming since the ride dropped. Only thing that had changed was the pitch of each scream that had ripped out his throat.

As the ride skidded to a stop you turned to Karube, breath ragged as he looks near if not shell shocked.

"So...was it good for you." you smirk.

"Oh my god, don't."

As scary as he is I feel like his favorite ride would be Superman.

Arisu

Arisu is normal when it comes to most coasters. Likes them to an extent, if he sees some shii like the Joker doing front flips, backflips, 'n a double back handspring, he's out.

He likes the rollers coasters with carts, they have seatbelts, a solid ground, and those waist guards or whatever they're called. Those three things are the absolute minimum for him. He does not wanna risk being flung out mid ride. Extra points if they have railing on the sides.

Anything where your feet are dangling off with no support, he'll be cringing the whole time. Flight X is a great example, not only are your feet freely dangling but throughout the ride you'll be going close to the ground and through buildings. While you know you're obviously not gonna hit anything, the feeling of being so close to the object makes you cringe and curl up.

In a way it's like flinching when somebody fake punches you. 😭

If YOU go on any of these rides, his ass is praying to whoever is up in the sky. Desperately wants to look away 'cause he's cringing so bad but can't. Feel like if he looks away something will happen. The paranoia is real.

He's so tense, shoulders raised, one hand is making a fist as the other is between his teeth, grimace reaching every part of his face, and even curling his toes in his shoes. 💔

As the ride comes to a complete stop and you step off, he silently wishes he wasn't in public right now so he crumple to the floor in relief.

As for his favorite ride, it'll be 'The Viper'.

Ann

My nonchalant queen locks in every coaster. The most of a reaction you'll get out of her is a furrowed brow and maybe a deep breath before a drop.

She's the most rational when it comes to getting on rides.

"There's really no reason to be scared. Only reason you are is because of the unrealistic 'what ifs' you conjure up in your head."

She knows there's a tiny possibility things could go wrong so she conducts her own little inspections during the wait. She doesn't want to scare you out of having fun but will let you know if somethings catching her eye.

"We might not want to sit in the front, the buckles don't fully close up there."

"I sure was about to go in the front too... Thanks."

"Of course..."

Nodding slightly she pushes up her shades and grabs your hand, leading you to the back-ish section of the ride. Even doing the honors of buckling you in before herself.

Completely understands if you were scared, she'll let you hold her hand on the rides as tight as you want. If you feel the need to go as far as needing to leave the line or just get out altogether, she'll be right with you.

She'll distract you from what you were worrying about so fast you'll forget all about the ride. Every once and awhile in the middle of your conversations she'll slip in some advice to sooth your nerves.

She'll hit you with a calm lil,

"Being scared about getting on rollercoasters are fairly common. So there's no need to feel embarrassed if you can't do it, I really don't mind..."

or

"I would never force you to do something your afraid of. I enjoy myself doing anything with you, truly."

Her favorite ride is actually the carousel !

Tatta

Now enough about roller coasters 'n whatnot let's get to the waterpark hehe.

Literally hates roller coasters but will dive head first with perfect form into a pool.

Dead ahh thinks he's an Olympic swimmer when he slaps on some goggles, and a swim cap. He looks cute in it though, so he gets a pass.

Will beg you to go down at least one attraction with him. Specifically, the tornado. If you're only gonna do one thing with him you're "going big or going home" he says.

After he'll try to go on every attraction possible and every time asks you to watch him.

istg you'll be at that damn surfing simulator watching him ride waves shakily for at least an hour before he drags you to something else.

But surprisingly, people get tired easily when they're walking around and swimming back to back! Who would've thought! This time you're doing the dragging and you drag him onto a floaty in the lazy river. For the rest of your time there you float to and fro from each other until the sun starts to set.

Tropical drink in hand of course.

His favorite attraction would either be 'Surf Rider' or 'Paradise Plunge & Riptide'

Chota

I feel he doesn't really like roller coasters or the waterpark but leans towards walking around (ironically enough), trying food, and seeing entertainment.

Now I personally haven't went to any entertainment places so I don't know what they do in there so I'm purely guessing.

Just getting this out the way, the first thing that's entering his system is a beer... Other than that he'll start with something small and savory like nachos or some fries. He'll mostly eat on snacks throughout your time there but once it gets towards the evening he'll look for a sit down restaurant.

It literally doesn't matter what he has he'll always offer you a piece or a sip. Wants to hear your opinion when trying stuff but also just wants to share with you.

It's technically a ride so I'ma say he likes going on the Sky Trek Tower.

Usagi

Doesn't go on any rides. I'm sorry but my girl does not play 'bout them rides. She'll mistake those screams of excitement and joy as screams of the dammed.

She doesn't voice her discomfort but her face will say everything you need to know.

Yall are walking past the entrance of a collection of kids rides and she stops. You, not feeling her presence next to you anymore turns around, and sees the MEANEST MUG on her face glaring actual daggers at the parents AND kids on the ride.

"Oh my goodness Usagi we...we gotta go."

You say trying to stifle your laughter as you hook arms with her. Even while walking away she's looking back and still glaring.

You can't even guilt trip her into getting on any ride with you. SHE WON'T EVEN GO ON THE KID RIDES.

Don't even think about that damn pool either, not a pinkie toe will get wet I promise you. She'll have the courtesy to at least watch you swim around in the pool. From a distance with drink in hand of course.

But if you get on any type of attraction she'll cover her eyes or straight up turn away. Her stomach will be doing backflips just thinking about you going on any ride.

Mind you, these are rides everybody are going on the average ones like the tubes at the waterpark or 'The Whizzer', but if you suggest something like Goliath she will look at you so crazy you'll think you've grown an extra head.

She caught a glimpse of it earlier and almost fainted. Only reason she would ask about it was so she could stay far away from it. She'll look at it on the map of the park while looking for directions and think, 'Why would people willingly get on that death trap of a ride...'
