都合　（つごう）ー circumstances, condition, convenience

気持ち　（きもち）ー feeling, sensation, mood, state of mind (this is more about one's sensations)

気分　（きぶん）ー feeling, mood (this is more about one's emotions)

調子　（ちょうし）ー condition, state of health (it has a few other meanings here)
