HI ALL I HAD A FUCKING BLOODY FANTASTIC TIME at AOD but then I came home and passed out then when i woke up proceeded to work on homework for 5 hrs straight

of which i'm still STILL not done so

and as another update, about the gay window painting thing.. my boss duked it out with the management and I came into work super last minute and painted another guy-guy couple next to the guy-girl one and EVERYONE WAS HAPPY AND NO ONE SHOT ME so it all worked out. And my boss praised me. YAY

Yeah, a rant

So this year, with that in mind, and only being assigned to do one window, l drew the very safe heterosexual couple like dancing and stuff and then today my boss told me she got "bombarded by 6 emails" from a student who believed my painting "should be inclusive of people of all identities" and I should add a homosexual couple somewhere OR have my painting removed. Wow. Wooow. And the management took the students side. I don't have time to paint another. So it's probably going to be removed. Fuck you student. If it does get removed I'm going to post a note on the empty painting saying "flagged for removal because someone clearly is offended by heterosexual couples".

I am alllll for homosexuality and I ardently support it but I am really surprised that this student wants it REMOVED. And the management wants me to CHANGE the couple to be homo. I really wouldn't mind except that I am so sure that SOMEONE ELSE is going to get offended and any effort I make is going to be removed and be a complete waste of my time. I'm not upset over the fact that this student wants to support homosexuality. I get that. If I had the time I would comply. But I'm upset that people get SO FUCKING BUTTHURT about one painting in a school for a god damn LUNCH THEME. I feel like no matter what I do there is no fucking pleasing these people. FINE, remove it. I just hope that student knows that I don't have ill intentions, and that someone, the artist, worked on that fucking painting for hours and offensive material or not, there was time and CARE that was put into that, and that with their emails they just completely destroyed everything I put into it.
