I think I'm going to wear a bandanna more often while i'm training.  

Sensei Ron Day of the Carins Quest Center had me work on several striking combinations while I was down under and this one has become one of my favorites.  The double jab to the left kick was not a "normal" flow of strikes for me prior to my trip.  Normally I would go from the left jab to the right kick but this has opened up new possibilities that I've been able to use effectively since I've had some time to train it.  Prior to working on this I wasn't really a fan of throwing kick combinations.  Normally I would try to end a punching combo with a single kick but now I feel much more comfortable throwing multiples.  

I imagine that there is a lot of critiquing going on out there about my form and what not but let me say that it was early in the morning after hanging with the "Aussies" and if you know what I mean then you know what I mean.  I do need to work on my knees and my tan.
