@christopheriisms setting: calliope, morning after the storm.
For now, Rowan has chosen not to say anything about the position Chris and Reina had been caught in only moments earlier. But even if she pretends not to notice the few seconds they had been huddled together in the freezer (or at least, the few seconds she had seen --- who knows how long they’d been in that position before) there is no denying the sight of Reina in a shirt that quite clearly belongs to Chris. However, any chance to tease her sister (though she isn’t sure she’d take said chance anyway) is taken away when Reina dashes outside with Andy to check her car, leaving her alone with Chris. The dining room is a mess, to say the very least. Glass all over the floor from where the windows had shattered, tables overturned with legs broken off. “I guess you’ll be busy the next little bit,” she comments, gesturing to the mess. Really she’s got no idea how long fixing this will take, Andy’s always been the handyman around the house and all she really does is change the lightbulbs every now and then.
