From 1978 to 1980 he was a member of the performance group "Minus Delta T". He was a founding member of the band "Der Plan" in 1979. In the same year he left the band (like Robert Görl) and switched to "DAF". In return for that, Kurt Dahlke switched from "DAF" to "Der Plan". Haas worked on the "DAF" album "Die Kleinen Und Die Bösen" (1980) and left "DAF" again in 1981. Together with Beate Bartel ("Mania D." and founding member of "Einstürzende Neubauten"), he first founded CHBB in 1981, which later turned to be "Liaisons Dangereuses". Together with the singer Krishna Goineau from Barcelona they recorded an album ("Liaisons Dangereuses") and the single and 12" "Los Niños Del Parque" in 1981. This single is one of the best-selling underground singles in Germany to this day. Chrislos work on the synthesizer (Korg MS-20) in the 80s and especially with "Liaisons Dangereuses" was trend-setting for the emerging EBM and Techno.
