If I had a nickel for every time a show related to Mister Rogers' Neighborhood produced by Fred Rogers Productions and airing on PBS Kids introduced a disabled character named after a disabled guest on MRN itself, and the same character debuted in the month of December, I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.
