My thoughts on this:

I love that they each get their own chorus.

Can we please get back Dinah’s adorable little dance she does at the start of her introduction? 🥺 She’s such a little dork, I love her so much. 🥺

I wish I could understand what Ashley says in her chorus bit. It sounds like “I need no rush,” and then I can’t make out any of the rest. 😒

Anytime the girls hold hands, my heart just melts. We LOVE besties!!! 🥰 🤗

(Buffy wasn’t Buffy yet at this time, which is why she’s not in this or the “Pumping Iron” video. Nancy Wood was already there as an extra coach named Bi-Decker, however, which is why she’s in the “U.N.C.O.U.P.L.E.D.” video.)

This video has been living rent-free in my head since I first watched it maybe a week ago.

They need to bring back some of this choreography! Although I do love the choreography they do officially use, which is why I say “some of.”

G.B. & Dinah interacting during “Pumping Iron” outside of just those 3 seconds during the dance break?! 😱 *gasps* While I dislike the prolonged G.B. & Ashley bit, I love Dinah pulling her off of him! 🤣😭🤣
