Hey there's a notion that like people should be able to say things like "oh well I love you God loves and Jesus loves you and everything but he doesn't like you. He doesn't like your lifestyle or how your identifying yourself and lableing yourself outside of Christ and Christ alone. So yeah, repent and repress your feelings and you'll be fine." And then say that they aren't being homophobic or hateful.
This notion is harmful to those apart of the christan faith and is even sometiems deadly. Stop saying and passing along that notion. I struggled with my faith and I'm struggling now. It's hard enough to come to terms with ourselves but it's harder when everyone is excluding you. It's painful it really is.
And what's worse is that they are using God to justify hate. A loving, aceping,joyful God, to justify hate like. Just think about what your saying before you say it.
