Christian does laundry, dishes, cooking, cleaning--Michael teases that he's getting back to his roots with all of this work and they both laugh quietly. 

It falls to silence soon enough. 

With a blanket fresh from the dryer in hand, Christian goes and lays it over the other--Michael already dozing, exhausted from therapy and being alive. He brushes stray red hairs out of the way, slips the blanket underneath Michael's waning form, and kisses his brow before sitting and finishing folding the laundry there. 

Keeping himself busy like this helps him stave off the sickening worry at least a little.
