Fun fact of the day: Christmas Common is a hamlet located in South Oxfordshire which appears each year in the month of December only.
Lucky visitors to Christmas Common may purchase a fine Christmas Tree and wreath from the dedicated tree barn before going on to enjoy a mug of mulled wine at the Fox and Hounds public house, whereupon they will be greeted with dignified affection by a stately wire haired dachshund named Hector.
