Christmas Gingerbread Cookies of 2020! I made 72 this year, previous years I would make over 120, but since I’m not attending parties, I scaled it down and just have them away as gifts. It was nice to be able to spend time on creating new designs and working on my piping technique. It was more painful, I haven’t really talked about the arthritic flair ups I’ve been experiencing more frequently in my right hand and due to some shoulder back injuries from lifting weights at the gym last February, it’s easier to throw those muscles out, so it was painful to work with the icing this year, but I love doing this, so I worked through it.
