From a Breakup to a Breaking Point

I came from a 7-year relationship

I came from a 7-year relationship — one I thought would last forever. But when it ended, it broke more than just my heart. It shattered my identity.

I ran to God… not with hands lifted in praise, but with fists clenched in pain. I asked Him for revenge. I begged Him to show the consequences of the pain they caused. I imagined scenarios in my mind where He would fight for me — where justice would finally be served.

But in my desperation, God whispered something deeper. He didn’t promise revenge. He offered redemption.
