😞🚿 when the darkness grows🚿😞 A mental health spell.
What you’ll need: -Your shower. -Soap.(I prefer a bar) -Shampoo.
Start your shower up at a nice temperature that suits you. Before getting intake a few moments to visuals the darkness inside leaking out of you, from your pores (or your aura.) Then step in, take time to fully walk into the water, covering all of yourself in warmth.
I normally start with my hair and let it sit in then scrub my body.
With this in mind take your soap (bar, I would not recommend this step with liquid soap.) And hold it up to The shower head and say:
“With this soap, I cleanse my soul. Of all the darkness as it grows.”
Now wash your body. Wash off the soap but if you can manage, leave your shampoo in.
When finished with your body, say:
“With this shampoo, I rinse away any darkness that remains.”
Wash the shampoo out. Stand in the water ones more and close the spell.
“So Mote it be!”
