Chromatic is a really awesome cafe, roastery and community staple in the south Bay Area. Taking over the old Barefoot Coffee cafe in 2012 this independently run team has spent the last three years becoming a powerhouse on the coffee stage. Yes. There’s a coffee stage.
We stopped by their third birthday celebration, adorned with their anniversary ‘Unicorn Pony’ blend, complete with an iced coffee ‘Bonus Cup’ served with fruity-pebble soaked almond milk and topped with the rainbow cereal itself.
It was delicious.
