Happy #SelfCare Sunday! . Thank you. 🙏🏼 Over the last two days I’ve received loving and concerned messages in regard to all the activity I’ve been doing since my @Disneyland trip Thanksgiving weekend. Goodness, you really know how to make a girl feel special! ♥️ . In addition to #EpsteinBarr and #MyalgicEncephalopathy, I’ve had since birth, I was also diagnosed in July with #ChronicLymes, #Babesia, #Raynaud’s, #Hypothyroidism and tested high for toxic mold. This is a very serious combination that literally affects every single organ and system in your body. . I’m not alone in this. In fact, this is an epidemic and just in my dog training circle alone I’m finding many with much of the same diagnosis, some who have already passed from lack of diagnosis/treatment. Epidemically scary and comforting all at the same time. Those that have started treatments before me are able to help guide me and in turn we are able to guide those newly / not yet diagnosed. If you are finding, as a dog trainer, that you are dealing with chronic health issue, please message me. 💚 . I want to assure you, I am slowing down. Between the holidays as well as this small window of opportunity that I had to test Rey in as many situations as possible, it’s absolutely time for me to slow down and rest, starting yesterday. Two steps back, but that’s ok. I knew what I was in for and I was willing to pay the price; it was worth it. . I was able to get a solid 9hrs of sleep last night, which is pretty much a miracle! Whipped up four batches of #Volhard NDF2 Raw dog food, prepped my four antibiotics and slew of supplements while listening to @TheCanineParadigm podcast! . Please be sure to ask me about Chad Mackin’s workshop here January 19/20, Erica Boling in March, Pat Stuart will be here in May, Leslie Horton in June, Kayce Cover in November... and more! (Gosh, I hope I remembered those dates correctly!) . I never thought that a picture with an empty bench and mother nature’s beauty in the background, would bring me such peace. 

The empty bench is reminder of how alone you feel going through this unfamiliar disease, but also a reminder to never lose hope and always believe in your own inner power of healing. Simply, listen to your heart as it will always guide you. In other words, you are never really alone. You have yourself, your spiritual faith, lyme support groups and our incredible universe, who has your back. Keep on fighting.
