finally committed to a monstersona design inspired by the Monster Prom game series. Anomaly R-413 was captured upon sighting by government forces and tested to gain a proper understanding of its abilities. Then, once it was sufficiently deemed "un-hostile" enough, was put to work by the very forces that captured it. R-413's duties consist of undoing "anomalous events", and not causing them itself, thus keeping the universe in balance.

R-413 is generally relaxed, and seems to care very little for the things around it and converses very little, instead choosing to observe others in social settings. It's developed a habit of smoking and drinking copious amounts of coffee, though the effects of such are impossible to discern on its body. It seems to enjoy various types of music, as tested by staff.

R-413's body is unstable and will occasionally "glitch". This effect worsens when R-413 views a mirror.

Though R-413 as been deemed docile, it is prone to violent outbursts in rare occasions. These are handled case-by-case. Weapons are restricted and only to be carried by R-413's handlers, but it appears to have the ability to manifest them at will. More research is being done to find out what can be done to prevent this.
