Hopeful || Kazuki || Reaction to everything whoops
What was there to say? So much had happened over the past hour, and Kazuki's previous anger had all but gone. Granted, he was still fuming, but that still didn't matter considering everything else. Though, the set of questions appeared to be nearing its completion, as was evidenced by Touya's next query. Oh, so that was the surprise question? The conditional.
"Holy shit. You really are stupid, aren't you?"
Thanks, Kazuki. With that oh-so-valuable comment out of the way, the nohgaku silently made his choice, which he hoped the majority were also vying for. He waited with bated breath, and soon enough... his choice was confirmed. They weren't going to join Shin no Sekai.
And Kazuki Ito smiled. He didn't bother to watch what happened next, instead simply standing and watching as Fuyumi... deactivated the missile? Well, that was another very good thing, wasn't it? Of course... And instead of investigating, he simply went up to the grocery bagger, clearing his throat and scuffing his foot against the ground. So much had happened, almost too much to be processed...
"Yumi-chan, I... I'm sorry I lost my temper like that. I didn't mean to, and I'm just... I'm happy it's over, and that you're okay. Thank you for... f for being so b brave, and for supporting me throughout this entire thing. You really are a... a hero. I..."
His gaze flickered off to the side for a few seconds, and he lifted his head up to Fuyumi in the eye.
"Thanks again, and I... I hope we can continue to do things after we get out. I li... lo... you know... I... ahem... a lot. Uhh. Yeah, let's escape now."
Kazuki hugged the other quickly before turning to stand by the ladder, searching his sleeves for cards. Looks like he isn't of any use now. Whoops. At least the ladder activated before he could say anything else, though it seemed like there were a lot of things to sort out after this was over.
