question, did Dean (&Cas ) know they were into Cas getting fat BEFORE Amara started actively “helping” or was Dean kinda bullying Cas about his weight and then figured out they were both into it as Cas got BIG?

In my brain they were already into Cas gaining weight, but he wasn't really gaining super fast. But with the help of Amara, well, that sure changed
