When you and Tomura first got together, he was kinda scared of what you’d expect. It’s not like he can take you out, or get you nice gifts, or do any of that couple-y stuff he sees in movies. But he realized very quickly that you’re…low maintenance. Just like him.
The only dates you have are spent gaming for hours together, or occasionally watching a show. If you’re already out after a mission, Tomura might treat you to a drink and some snacks stolen from a gas station, but you’ll hardly ever go out beyond necessity. You, of course, don’t have a problem with it. You told him already that you’d rather just hang out in his room than have to go out.
Honestly, it’s a bit of a problem, how your habits align so much. You don’t fuss about the mess in his room, since yours is getting just about the same way. You don’t nag him about his sleep schedule, since yours is just as bad. Your screen time rivals his, and sometimes even dominates his. Instead of inspiring him to be better, you and Tomura are frequently found rotting in his room together, feeding into each other’s bad habits.
Of course, the others have noticed. They all talk with varying degrees of disgust or boredom. Kurogiri, especially, is…concerned about how you encourage Tomura to stay shut in with you for hours or days at a time.
This little cycle of yours has interrupted some missions, when you both enable each other to stay just a few minutes longer, or to play just one more level, one more episode, napping for just ten more minutes. Tomura is annoyed by his disrupted plans, but honestly…if he really wanted to leave, he would’ve.
Even sex with him can be too much. You’re both so lazy it’s hard to get up, even if you’re both needy for it. Most of the time, one of you will bite the bullet and get up to be the one doing the work. But sometimes, when you and Tomura are just so comfy and too tired to get up, you’ll just decide to wait until later. That, or you try to come up with some rather creative positions that ensure minimal effort from both of you (it usually doesn’t work out).
Still, he wouldn’t have it any other way. Tomura treasures the way you understand him, the way your habits have merged into one big problem routine, even when it’s at the expense of everyone else. Everyone can tell that Tomura is exactly where he wants to be.
being a girl is so much fun because one minute im laying in bed looking insane in an oversized t-shirt and then suddenly i open tumblr and now clark kent is obsessed with me and im the hottest girl alive
I hate when nts assume that ALL kiddos in the tcc have plans to shoot up a public establishment and that they’re automatically bad for seeing themselves in a perp , but really, in some but few cases their point is somewhat right. But most of the time it’s wrong. Let me explain for a moment my points and feel free to disagree or correct me if I missed something. These teenagers have several mental issues and struggle to socialize, why is why they resort to the community.
That could be the case if their life was that troubled and didn’t have anything else to resort to except violence, and with that type of media feeding into it then that’s when the idea of a plan could start to develop and form. It also depends on the cognitive structure of said person whether it is neurotypical or neurodiverse. It could be either an emotional based attack or an intellectually based attack, and can be put either in the premeditated or spontaneous context if it has evidence to prove what category best fits it. There are also several different cases that show evidence that the perp wasn’t originally violent otherwise like how Sue describes Dylan in her interviews from the 2000’s, but it doesn’t completely eliminate the fact there are also reasons why said perps turned violent too.
Dylan was secretly struggling with depression, self image issues, and also because of the fact he was Jewish. That progressed and spiraled into depressive anger, antisemitism and hatred fueled by bullying which unfortunately resulted in NBK, or in a more serious way, the CHS shooting in 1999. This usually easily happens because of lack of medical attention, care from the family, bullying (very common) and homicidal ideations, also because of either the environment they were raised in or where they hang around. And if you want to compare that to actual kiddos in the community, let’s look at most “common” example. The “cal🐹🪖” stereotype is a major stereotypical view of someone in the community that lies and says that they have a “plan” whilst not doing anything, which where the word “larp” comes into play.
It’s an over used and out of context word anyways. Most kids that don’t really do this in the community, by outsiders or even members themselves, get called these words, which in reality it doesn’t really apply to them, and should only ever be applied to peopel that fit said stereotype. It’s also not necessarily bad to see yourself in a perp either. It’s ever so slightly concerning, but really it isn’t a big of a deal. Most of them were troubled and had a rough history so it’s reasonable why some people in the community would relate to them. Take Adam L. Adam was neurodivergent like the majority of young shooters and had a peculiar mindset + perspective on different topics. Adam allegedly struggled with social cues and behaviors. He also struggled with anorexia, and seemed to like a weird standard (teenage girls who looked like anorexic boys).
I still haven’t dug really deep like my friend Eric into the reason why he did S.H 2012, but those are some things I know about him and wanted to highlight. Most people in the community like him, especially 12-15 year olds. These teenagers find themselves in Adam because they either share similar issues like him, or they just like him simply as that. I, find myself to personally connect to Elliot and Dylan in a way. I could cite my reasons, but that’s for another post.
Also, it’s not like everyone else in their communities do that too. In the Mouthwashing community, there are people who somehow and surprisingly relate to Jimmy, the antagonist in the game. I find that weird because even if it’s fictional, Jimmy is a rapist. This just shows that no one really cares about things unless it doesn’t fit their standards of morality.
A school shooter or mass murderer isn’t exactly on the same exact level as a rapist, but it is still taboo and immoral. But those kids/adults had their reason to do so. A rapist doesn’t and purely does it on primal instinct. So I don’t say that they’re both on the same level, but I didn’t say that school shootings in particular are good. They’re still equally dangerous. But that’s all I have to say.
Sorry, I’m just such a fan of him. Here’s a really shitty edit of his ORAS design on RSE Maxie… 100% sure this has been done before I just wanted to see if I could do it.
Will I do anybody else? I want to, however I am lazy. 💀
