Chunky is an Infernape, a species of bipedal monkey Pokemon with a head full of fire. You don’t know how the fire keeps burning or why it does that, but it’s cool.

He’s grown up a lot since he was a Chimchar. He used to be able to hold onto your face and stay there while you walked. It wasn’t easy to navigate, but he seemed to like it. He eyes you just as carefully as you are him, and you realize that you’ve accidentally engaged in one of his favorite activities: a staring contest.
