Re: media permanency one of the things that has always pissed me off about the BBC is their refusal to release anything permanently, like iplayer availability times are incredibly short and they've released very little stuff on physical media, the amount of content just lost forever or close to is astronomical
I know exactly what you mean. Two CBBC shows that I loved as a kid, Stupid and Chute!, never got a DVD release of any kind and would be entirely lost if it weren't for bootlegs on YouTube.
