It’s just another night at club Aura for the patrons that flock over for yet another night of partying, loud music, expensive alcohol, and some debauchery. For Siwan it’s Sunday and that means he is swamped with work. Weekends are the worst thing ever at the club especially after midnight when it starts getting really packed. There are two bouncers outside at weekends because things can get heated and maybe there are way more people than there should be inside, but everything is happy including the bartender himself. “Cheers to you too.” he raises the shot glass offered to him, clinking it with another. His glass has tap water, the man across from him is downing straight tequila and has no idea the bartender can switch shot glasses faster than a magician can make a card disappear from their hand. He’s happy that he’s being offered drinks and big tips, but he is working and he can’t afford to be sick in the middle of serving someone their third vodka on the rocks.
He collects the bill that is slid across the counter, grinning when he hears ‘keep the change’ along with some cringy flirtatious remark. He’s good at avoiding the weirdos because they are happy with a smile and a flying kiss which he sends their way once he’s already on the opposite side of the bar, excusing himself with how busy he is. And then, he sees a familiar face, so he immediately moves to tend to the girl. “Ah, my favorite girl, you have come to grace my night with your beauty!” He doesn’t see her with anyone on her tail, so he assumes she is there to have a glass or two either before she starts working or because she’s taking a break.
“So what are you in the mood for tonight? Pretty girls get a free drink, so what can I get you?”
