Chris “Cartel” English and Marc Dollarz are two hip-hop producers from Queens, New York, who used to be in a crew named Full Circle, produced by ChySkillz, most famous for his production work on Onyx’s debut album “Bacdafucup”. Both Cartel and Marc learned all their production tips from ChySkillz and also Large Professor, since back then they used to hang out quite often (in fact, Large Professor gave them their first SP1200). In 1995 Cartel started his own indy record label named “Mad Street Records” which only had two acts on their list, The East Side Hustlas and these, The Crime Lords, whose only album was released in 1996.
