I have been listening to a bunch of different performances of it for a variety of instruments, and they're all really good (special shout-out to Segovia's rendition, which I return to regularly), but thus far nothing has quite rivaled Hilary Hahn's absolute primal scream of an interpretation.

Johann Pachelbel (1653-1706) is so underrated today. Hopefully this Chaconne in F Minor, played by the brilliant Helmut Walcha, will change people’s views.
