Her heart dropped at his words, the shattering sound repeating in her ears. She couldn’t believe she had gone so far to the point where Aiden couldn’t look at her, couldn’t speak to her. He was everything to her, and she was probably going to lose him with her childish acts and immature doings. Archie’s hands reached out for him, restraining the tears from spilling over. But he had moved away, he didn’t want her to touch him and that finally had broken her.
”Aiden, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to, I really didn’t. Tell me, please, just please look at me, talk to me. I-I can’t…”
She fell to the floor, her sobbing colliding with a few hiccups. The brunette had messed things up between them, she had made him possibly hate her. She told herself not to make a fool of herself in front of him, but she couldn’t let what she loved the most walk away from her. But if he was happy with doing so, then she’ll let him. There’s no way she’ll beg for him to stay if he didn’t feel like it was worth it anymore.
