Never Buy From...

I bought a really cute, cheap bathing suit from RoseGal online and it's been 19 days since I bought the bathing suit and there's absolutely no sign of it. And the tracking information stops once it leaves China. The website also doesn't tell you where the headquarters is or where the items are being shipped from. Their service sucks.

 I bought a really cute sweater and shirt from CiChic online about 5 days ago. I never received a confirmation email from them. I never received any tracking information. When I checked my order, it says it's still "processing". I paid extra money to have it express shipped, hoping it would come in 10 days at the most. 5 days later, and the order isn't even done processing. It obviously hasn't been shipped.

 Waste of time and money.

A little friendly advice, never order clothes from cichic.com. Worst decision. I should have read all of the reviews from so many people who were scammed by this company. Now I'm one of them. Fuckers.

Tip of the Day : Cichic. Or more like NOT CiChic

I ordered a top back in April on CiChic. I was supposed to receive it under 25 working days - it's the beginning of June and I still haven't gotten it yet.

When you enter the tracking number, the website bugs - it is actually not possible to check what's going on with your order.

A week ago, I sent an email to customers service to know what was going on. No reply.

Last wednesday, I sent another email, asking for a reply or a refund. The answer was sarcastic and rude, full of abreviations - far from the apologetic e-mail I was expecting!

I'm supposed to finally receive my top on monday or tuesday - but I doubt it will show!

No wonder why I strongly advise you not to order antyhing ever from this website.
