Naosu Hisato !

He’s in the Hero Course of UA in class 1-E (the... afterthoughts, I suppose). 

His quirk is called Quick Save and it’s a self-healing type quirk where the user revives after a near-death experience. So he can basically be put into a life-threatening coma and in about a day, come out completely fine and healed up, albeit extremely tired since his quirk wears him out. All his wounds come out as scars, however. His quirk activates between 20%-1% survival rate. 

Because of the nature of his quirk, he’s very reckless and selfless, not even hesitating to throw himself into harm’s way to save another. He doesn’t understand that just because he’s been in life-threatening situations, he’s not invincible and can die. 

Hisato lives in a bad neighborhood that has very little pros patrolling, with his mother and dog. His father died in a break-in when he was younger, and he watched from his hiding spot in the closet with his mother as he was gunned down. He’s actually had a bullet shot in him that day that healed inside him, so he had to go in for surgery to remove it. His reason to be a hero is so that neighborhoods like his don’t have to live in fear because the Pros don’t want to work that territory.

Ryouko is her name and her quirk is basically, like, she feels no pain. She can tell when people touch her, but she feels no actual pain. And Hisato! and Ryouko! Make the Reckless Duo!! I lof them
