When I went to grad school I used professors and employers I had in undergrad, I asked if they could update references they had written for me before and offered to do it for them.
Hmmmm okay that's great because at Zara there was this manager, Steph, and she gave me the best review EVER! Nearly perfect! I'm sure she'll do a nice reference for me ^^
Yeah I was thinking I'll ask the one teacher who I got a reference from when going to Korea and then maybe I'll go to my one Genetics prof and see if he remembers me? He always makes these little like Medlekins or something as his animal for being experimented on while drawing on the board. So I took a picture and made him a key chain of it because I really enjoyed his class! If not I may ask my 400 level prof if he can, but he's a total douche bag and even though our class was like 10 people he probably wont and I don't know if I'd want him to do it anyway!~

oh what program are you applying for? I asked profs last year after two years out of school and they had no problem as long as I provided work I completed in their class, resume and my statement of intent for the program.
I want to apply for the Genetic Counseling masters program at UBC. I THINK I have a binder of old study notes and what not in a box somewhere in my moms house... shit! I hope I didn't toss that when I was helping her move!

I would use work references and ask the most qualified professor you had for references.
Thanks everyone for replying! TOTALLY MADE MY DAY!
Now it's off to Bikram and then I'm meeting a girl I kind of went to high school with [she was a few grades older than me, her mom was my boss at my second job ^^] for a catch up and then I'll probably email the department anyway because there is all these "optional" requirements for applying to grad school at UBC and then on their department page it JUST says criminal background check [OH MY GOD WHERE DO I EVEN GO IN CALGARY! I MISS EDMONTON :(] so I THINK that means I don't have to do a statement of intent or anything! I'm not going to be doing research so I don't know why I'd need one? Mine would be:
It has no research, I get to help and interact with people, it seems female friendly and I can make BUCKETS OF CASH TO PAY DOWN MY DEBT!
Like I am freaking out because I'm sure there is no mistake and it is saying it will cost me for one freakin year nearly what it cost me to complete my bachelors degree!?!?!?! WTF!
Okay, again~! Thanks and wish me luckkkkkk~~~~~
