Apple wood smoked chicken thighs rubbed with Meat Church Honey Hog and Cimarron Docs cooked on the Pit Barrel then shredded and sauced with Kinders Sweet Sriracha bbq sauce. Served with steamed cauliflower and sautéed purple potatoes by @shortty34 . The chicken didn’t turn out like I wanted, but the end result was amazing!
