Cinna Hallowell: A member of the most important family in Hallowell, but despises her position and actively rebels against the values of the family in an attempt to distract the matriarch from taking out that anger on her younger siblings. Has accepted that she will probably never be allowed to leave the house, but as long as she's there she'll be making life hell for anyone that opposes her. Has a connection with Evelyn, the Lead of the Burning Line who gave her her powers, and seeks to use her help to free the family from the stranglehold the matriarch has on all of their lives.
Kisaragi: The conductor of the Ghost Train, an ever-mobile public commuter train designed to transport ghosts that would ordinarily be stuck within the boundaries of their domains. Takes their job VERY seriously. Works with their brother, Trax, to keep the train and the passengers safe. Will borrow Trax's power to forcefully evict anyone deemed to be a danger. They can take on a more monstrous form when doing so, given all of the abilities of a Guardian Spirit. They hardly ever do this, though. It's much easier to just talk :)
