Got out today with @baybassbryan . I learned a lot and fishing with Bryan was awesome. He was crushing it out there and I didn't do too badly either. Water temps were 44. I caught 11 total fish and had three 12"+ bass and a few keeper size Stripers. The Cincy Fisher baits blade bait was the ticket. Thank you Bryan for hooking me up with them today. I owe you a ten pack 😂. It was a cold day with air temps in the high 30's but the frequent action kept the body warm. I got to use my new @kistler_rods Feel N Reel 7' Heavy rod today with the @cinneticfishing EVO T.E. baitcaster. The rod handled as advertised. The softer tip kept great pressure on the fish whilw the rod had plenty of backbone to spare fighting those hard fighting Stripers. The reel handled the cold temps well and was casting far and smooth. The 7:1:1 ratio was great to keep the slack up and keep that Cincy Fisher blade bait moving hopping off the bottom and at times vertical jigging.
