I’ve been reading a lot about the body’s chronicity and how the timing of meals effects the cells of various organs. Its giving me more to think about for my patients practicing intermittent fasting. More to follow on that... but meanwhile #backattheranch It’s a lighter breakfast for me today. Rolled oats topped with mixed raw nuts, ground flax seed, and to sweeten—a few raisins and this delicious strawberry purée. Then because I couldn’t resist, just a tiny drizzle of honey. The usual Mexican papaya with a squeeze of lime never disappoints. A newer muesli appeared, made with coconut milk, so it had to be tried.
