Stars-by-Hope (this one about acceptance and attractors from the Sburb Glitch FAQ) is almost identical to Sink-by-Source, and I wasn’t keeping it in mind when I spilled out those associations (found here) - except

Sink might be more about alienation than acceptance. Here’s what I jot down for it:

Toil: the motion of labor and its fruits. connected to projects and science

Play: the motion of leisure and its flowers. connected to games and magic

Pulse: organic life? routine? a bit of Time’s music connection and Blood’s social connotations, a sprinkle of nihilism added. (edit:) form follows function.

Glass: industrial products. the effects we have on our surroundings. things that do not change on their own, things whose nature precludes the ability to change? (edit:) function follows form.

Stir: motion and mixing. “stirring the pot” of arguments. connected to cooking and the journey, like Space

Still: stagnation and lamination. preserving the image of something as is. connected to painting and the destination, like Time

Gold: exuberance and greed. the ideal world, separated from others’ opinions. compare to Coins, except this one is more about introducing worth where there might have been none

Bone: discipline and contentment. the material world, where you are no more you than the product of what made you. compare to Dust, except this one is more about what is already present, making inherent value self-evident

Storm: the fury of the skies. disasters which wreck the “surface world”, all the structures we have built, be they ideology or physical objects. connected to lightning and arrogance; compare to Rage (edit:) the Prince and Bard classes. 

Quake: the fury of the earth. disasters which upturn the very foundations of the world. connected to cracks and humiliation; compare to Hope (edit:) the Waste and Grace classes

Song: that which shall bring the world into being, exalted and celebrated. connected to angels below the bedrock (edit:) pre-session generation and Skaia

Creed: that which shall render the world into nothing, stoic and monolithic. compare to the Veil of meteors and the Furthest Ring
