A Bengal tiger named Aasha was only 9 months old and 30 pounds in weight when she was rescued from circus. The In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Educational Center in Texas, which is run by Vicky Keahey, was actually shocked when the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) wanted to move Aasha to Vicky’s facility.
