It’s obviously too small for the three of them to live there, and you got one dye-maker with a side of magic researches, which means a ton of equipment, a guy who gathers and trades lost enchanted artifacts that he gets from the maren and the ocean, which means 145526 trinkets scattered about (not even talking about the worthless scraps he brings back because he likes them, that guy has a slight hoarding problem), AND a mage studying metamorphosis enchantments who has to fit his notes wherever he can, which includes slapping random spell tags on things to see if his latest idea works.
