Citizens Only (Jim and Gautier)
Jim walks through Freeside, feeling like he stuck out like a sore thumb. He had gotten turned around when trying to find the NCR outpost there. He had food and other items for them to hand out. He was told CITIZENS ONLY. It seems the others knew he had a soft heart and would most likely share with anyone he came across. These are important supplies for the NCR and the citizens of the NCR only. He looks around for a moment, shuffling his feet. Though, if they helped EVERYONE, maybe they would become citizens of the NCR! But then again, he didn’t know how these things work. The President must know how these things work. Jim was just a soldier and a cog in the machine for a better tomorrow. However, this cog was terribly LOST. He was horrible at navigating towns. Give him wide open spaces and he can get where he needs to. Towns with their large buildings and small streets causes him to get turned around. Jim looks around with a sad smile on his face. Oh dear.
