Another warm day so I broke out two of Nanabrasserie de l’Ermitages three l’Amoureux bottlings (wish I could have visited their brewery more frequently these last months - I missed out on the 3rd...); these were Pale Ale foeder beers (ripened 6 months on Sangiovese), then dry-hopped with different varieties of hops - here’s Hallertau Blanc and Citra Noble (the missing variety: Nelson Sauvin). These weren’t powerhouse tart foeder beers, but they were refreshing slightly different dry-hopped citrus fruity beers - nice with this hot weather - with mild vinous lactic yeasty woody character.
