Ingredients: - 3 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks. - 1 onion, finely chopped. - 4 cloves garlic, minced. - 1 orange, juiced. - 1 lime, juiced. - 1 tsp ground cumin. - 1 tsp chili powder. - 1 tsp dried oregano. - Salt and pepper to taste. - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Put pork chops in the crock pot. Put orange juice, lime juice, ground cumin, chili powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Combine well.
