        At her door Muffet will find a beautifully decorated box. Inside is a customised sweater for her adorned with little cute spiders in Christmas hats, a few boxes of different types of tea, an elegant tea set and a personal heater for her spiders. A note is signed to her and reads:

        “I understand how hard you work to keep your spiders comfortable. And I apologise for jumping to conclusions upon our first meeting. Though, hopefully these gifts can make it up to you and keep both you and your spiders comfortable and happy over this holiday season.

                        Sincerely, Princess Celestia”

— [ $ ] — ❝Princess sure knows a thing or two ‘bout practicality, don't she?❞ she titters with great nonchalance to the spider resting on one shoulder. ❝Suppose I misjudged her too, huh? Thought dearie was all hoity toity and full a bling, ahuhuhu~!!❞

Though no less greedy than with her less gift, but with an extra sense of care, she makes terrific use of these gifts. Books are swell, but unlike heaters and tea sets can't really be used to much effect. Now these gifts, oh they make her friends sing and dance and warm up their tiny little bodies!

❝Okay, okay! Guess I'll thank her!❞ She chirps, upon being prodded by a hairy spider leg.

        Muffet will find at her door a package that is neatly wrapped in festive paper. Inside is a book on the spiders of Equestria, a book on the spiders of the human world and a pair of cute spider themed slippers. A note addressed to her reads:

“Dear Muffet,

        I'm not a nerd, and even if I was there isn't anything wrong with that. Putting that aside, I hope you'll have a happy Hearth's Warming and Christmas, or if you celebrate something else I hope that's great as well. I figured it would be nice to show you the spiders of my world and the general spiders this one has to offer. I hope you enjoy it!

                        Yours truly, Princess Twilight Sparkle”

— [ $ ] — ❝You silly nerd~! Don't you know that you shouldn't goad a spider like this? You'll just get more and more tangled in my web. ‘Don't call me a nerd’!! Ahuhu~ Denying just makes it all worse!❞

With all the propensity of a hoarder, Muffet scoops up the packages, hugging the contents to her chest. Nearly savage is her toothy smile, lips open wide enough to reveal pointed fangs. With six limbs and five eyes, it takes no time at all to burst open the box and reveal the contents inside with such giddy ecstasy. The thrumming noise inside her throat is nothing if not pleased.

        On Satori's doorstep she will find several neatly wrapped gifts. Of which consisted several types of different novels from Equestria, Alicorn shaped book ends and a cute, cat shaped bookmark that hangs its paws on the top of a page to save your spot in a book. A note is addressed to her and it reads:

“Dear Satori,

        I'm so happy to meet a fellow book lover here. Thank you so much for helping me find books from every culture here. It has really helped me feel more at home and at ease in this place. I hope we can grow in friendship and remain friends during both our stays here. After all, friendship makes even the darkest times brighter.

                        Yours truly, Princess Twilight Sparkle”

— [ ♥ ] — She notices these packages immediately. How blind could she have been not to? Hands scoop them up after the last gifts brought to her, and opening them also comes later. She does not have a particular pattern when opening presents, instead just going with what she's seen first and then going down the line.

So, it isn't until she has finished looking Celestia's gifts that she addresses Twilight's. It is a little strange hearing so much about friendship from both ponies, but even if the sentiments are strange, she is still filled with an odd source of happiness. Of course, the gifts are to her liking, as if to accentuate the feelings shared between the two of them.

❝Lovely. These are perfect. They even match and everything. I was beginning to get bored of the books I have.❞ She pauses, perusing one book above the rest. ❝Who is this Daring Do?❞

        At her door Satori will find a festively wrapped box. Inside is a set of elegant and expensive looking writing supplies, several stuffed plushes of cute animals and a book with pictures of dogs and cats in adorable outfits and costumes. A note with her name is attached and reads:

“Dear Satori,

        It is quite a pleasure to have met you and to work alongside you at the school and now at the book shop. I am glad you have made friends with my faithful student, Princess Twilight Sparkle, and I hope to be able to say that we, too, are friends. May you have a wonderful holiday.

                                        Sincerely, Princess Celestia”

— [ ♥ ] — This is the first gift that she notices. Welcoming it, and only slightly anticipating it, the package is simply brought in alongside the others. Her daily ritual is not at all compromised by the pleasures of receiving gifts as evident by her calmly drinking an entire cup of tea before addressing her new belongings. And when she finally chooses to open the boxes, it is with care, as if she intends to preserve the wrapping paper.

❝Does Twilight tell her everything?❞ Slightly exasperated, she mutters to herself as she looks over the letter. Nonetheless, her feelings pass near immediately, as she folds up the letter and sets it aside.

She finds the gifts cute enough, if kind of silly. Sometimes, silly is exactly what she needs, however, especially as stress starts to take its toll on her. And indeed, she smiles and laughs as she flips through the pages and cuddles stuffed animals.

But, it is the last gift that catches her eyes the most. Lovely and well thought out, she nearly forgets the other presents left unopened. The itching desire to write has always been strong, but now it is exceptionally so.

Now she knows who to dedicate her next book to.

Last year she left him with a 3ds, this time the box left in his room contains a Vita and the year's special edition Kyogre 3DS, complete with the new set of Pokemon games they'd yet to play. There was novelty in the way they played together, and maybe that was why she continued to gift him with reminders of worlds where the entire idea of her was nothing but fiction. It was entertaining. Still, for the rest of the night she was nowhere to be found. Merry Christmas.

Dumbfounded by the woman’s generosity, a wide smile curved upon the halfbreed’s lips as he held each gift within the palm of his hand. Some would possibly say that this could further hinder the spawn’s productivity, considering his own emotional bouts rendered him homebound for the time being, but he chose to view it as a well-deserved pay off.

     "Nina…!! You really shouldn’t have!"

Check back in two weeks. He was going to be one busy boy.

You awake to discover 4 or 5 presents stowed away in your abode, all of which have been boxed in pristine, vibrantly wrapped boxes adorned with bows. Some of these boxes contain: a brand new console and a selection of video games to your liking, a fridge’s worth of ice cream, magazines consisting of FULLY CLOTHED women and an assortment of knit sweaters. (This is not to be published or responded to until the 25th. Merry Christmas!)

An overjoyed expression donned upon the youth’s face as he stepped out into his living quarters. Bold eyes widened at the colorful presents scattered throughout the room, unwrapping with the zeal of a child. Complete with a collection of brand new distractions games, cavity-inducing amounts of ice cream, magazines to oogle at, and an assortment of sweaters to keep him nice and comfortable during the winter, all of his simplistic wants had been met.

          "…!!!"

Now, it was time to dig in.

Wait that’s suspicious who even would—-why are those colours so lively and how did they know she liked to draw things too… this is all just so … weird?

Though it does make her happy to feel as if someone cared enough to give her cute things. Not that she will admit it anyway. Sweaters surely coming handy as the weather is awfully cold in this place.

The day after Christmas there's a package at the door. A small little box containing star shaped sugar cookies with glittery red and green Christmas themed dusting with a small note attached. "To Elesa, sorry these are a little late! I hope you had a great Christmas, it was an honour having you on my team back in the maze. -Cpt. S. G. Rogers"

“Oh, these are delicious! I better watch my weight around Captain Rogers. I hope he didn't feel obligated to send me these.”
