In your post "Cannabis and Women," there is a link to something called "Women Grow." Do you have any information on that? It seemed very interesting, but I'm not sure if it's exclusive or open to the public.
Women Grow is a professional network of (mostly) women with the mission to connect, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders in the cannabis industry.
It’s open to anyone - but I would suggest attending one of their events/conferences before joining.
They have local, regional, and national chapters and various levels of involvement.
