Comeback Season - The Predictions
In a bid to distract from a Japanese début which received as much support as North Korea's recent missile launch, flawless Dara and her three ugly friends are back in Korea, ready to release new material!
With 7 Teddy Park produced songs already confirmed, it is clear that the girls will release some Fantastic Baby styled-Big Bang rejects. Regardless, this will go number 1 in Korea as it is the only place where they have hype given that support for their US release died out after two years of waiting.
I am in no way a Wonder Girls fan. Aside from "So Hot", I can't see anything remotely likeable about them aside from the flawless Yubin. It doesn't help that JYP insists on making the talentless Sohee sing every-fucking-line-conceivable in every thing they have released since they lost the flawless Sunmi. However, even I pity them and their fall from Korea's top girl group to nothing more than a well known middle tier band.
However, "JYP.......... AND DA WONDER GURRLSSS, ARE BACCKKKK" in Korea ready to serve some dated R&B realness to their dwindling fanbase after the release of their Lovey Dovey teaser images. Seems like "Nobody" thinks they are "So Hot" now, eh? Eh? Nevermind.
After an underwhelming comeback thanks to YG's cock up of a promotion schedule (they still had good album sales though), Big Bang are back (with no promotion) for a Lady Gaga themed re-release of "Alive".
Ready with their "Monster" re-release and Alejandro hair to match, Big Bang are proving they have learnt nothing from their last bout of promo; hence them deciding to not promote at all.
Aside from CJSH - The Grace, all of SM's bands have succeeded in launching massive, unrivalled careers to the point that bands wait until the SM assault is over before making a comeback (Take SNSD's The Boys).
However, SM, God's of K-Pop and the puppet master of the K-Pop scene have failed to project f(X), SHINee's sister band to the same levels of success as their peers. Why? Well let's just have a look at how SM have abandoned them for a full year. Yep, you get that promo gurls. Regardless, after a long wait, f(X) are finally back and let us all take a moment to pray that they will FINALLY have their "Gee" moment.
Korea's resident Qweens of Engrish, are back with their Jonte choreographed/leaked new single/rehash of Cry Cry. Yay. However, T-ara will be back with an additional two members, one who is so young she is probably yet to go through puberty.
Despite this unnecessary addition, T-ara have been continually evolving, improving and cementing themselves as a real threat in the K-Pop world after their chart dominating Roly Poly, Cry Cry and Lovey Dovey. LEMME SEEYA LALALA, LUVV MEE HEY YAYAYAYA.
Other irrelevant bands are set to also make their comeback like the flawless Rainbow. With a bit of luck, we will see more slutty choreography!
Regardless, SNSD will be in Japan making the real $$$. Your flop faves should keep their 5th Japanese single sales of 6,826 to themselves.
