Duchess Says
Duchess Says cite their musical influences as no wave, new wave, punk, to cinema and visual arts. Created in 2003 by four members of the Church of Budgerigars (whatever that is), their faithful representation of the message of the Duchess (or spiritual budgie) is spoken through "moog rock" songs strong in images and intense live performances.
