Rules of our Claim:

Both Abram and Stefano will engage in sexual relations only with each other and will never dominate or submit to anyone else sexually.

Abram and Stefano will practice open communication and honesty regarding their feelings. Neither will hide their negative feelings, even if for the benefit of their partner.

Stefano and Abram will both make time for at least one date night a week. During this time, neither are permitted to check work emails or be distracted by phone calls or texts unless absolutely necessary. This time will purely be for them to be together. They will share in the responsibility of planning date nights.

Abram will be home by 10:00pm unless a later time was agreed upon ahead of time. Abram will always call if something is keeping him out late. If he is out late, Stefano will pick him up and drive him home.

Abe’s safe word color system will always be respected. Stefano will periodically check in with him throughout scenes. Green is for good, yellow for slow down, and red for stop completely. If he is gagged or otherwise cannot speak, Abe will be given bells to hold and drop if he needs to stop.

Abram will always wear his collar except to shower or when ill.

Any major life or career decision on the part of either party will not be made without discussion.

Abram will be responsible for preparing breakfast each morning unless ill or otherwise unable to do so.

Consequences: 

All punishments will be discussed before enacted and will fit whichever rule was broken. 

Punishments can include spanking, loss of privileges, among others, but will never involve isolating Abram or getting in the way of his work.

Punishments will always be followed by aftercare.

For the first time in months, due to the cold weather and now that it was getting warmer, Sam took Blaine back to their tree. They'd left their exit interview, and hadn't yet told anyone that their claim had been approved. Right now was just for them.

Sam had the biggest smile on his face as he led Blaine to their tree, and they quietly climbed it together until they were sitting on their favourite big branch.

He enjoyed a few quiet moments just holding Blaine, before Sam just couldn't bare it for much longer. Openness. The parties to the claim shall discuss all items of significance in their lives and pasts with one another. Without being open, their claim has no prospect of long-term success.

Family. Neither party will allow their family to interfere with their claim or relationship. 

Fidelity. All sexual relationships shall only be with each other. While Ginny may engage in service type submission with others, she will never submit sexually to anyone else. Similarly, Will shall never dominate anyone else in a sexual manner.

Respect. Will and Ginny shall always respect each other and each other’s dreams and ambitions. They shall do everything they can to provide a safe haven for one another while also encouraging the other to pursue their dreams.

Consequences (what are the consequences of breaking the rules):

Discussion as to the reason for the break in the rules and what would be an appropriate consequence.

For Ginny, physical discipline, such as kneeling, kneeling on rice, holding an object against the wall with her nose, spanking and similar. 

For Will, an appropriate consequence would be discussed and agreed upon including loss of some privilege or sexual act that he enjoys.

Isolation will never be used as a form of discipline but if the breach in the rules is significant then termination of the claim may be discussed.

Rules of our Claim:

Communication and Honesty are vital. Time will be set aside each week for Alice to air anything she needs to, and talk without fear of punishment or repercussions. A ‘date’ night will be set upon each week where the Vin and Alice will spend time together with no interruptions, including putting their phones on ‘do not disturb’ guaranteeing both their needs are met on a consistent basis and that despite how busy their weeks will be, that they will get at least one night together.

Neither party will engage in sexual relations without the others consent.  

Any kinks undertaken by the pair, that could be deemed as ‘dangerous’ will be researched thoroughly, and possibly even observed where possible.

 Alice’s safeword will never be ignored, in cases of where Alice cannot speak, a hand signal will be used, as will snapping her fingers three times. In the case of any being used, the scene will immediately stop, aftercare given and discussed as to what brought it to that point to avoid it happening again.

Both parties will let each other know their schedules and discuss any variances that may occur ahead of time if possible. Any changes that happen on the day as both their jobs can be unpredictable and subject to chance at a moments notice, something must be sent through to the other; texts and voicemails will suffice.

Alice is not to orgasm without Vin’s permission. Her sexual release is his (see consequences).

Any decisions that are potentially life altering will be discussed and decided together, including health (including birth control), schooling, property or financial matters.

Consequences:

Punishments will be decided on by a case, by case basis though never more severe than the rule broken.

Hard limits, safe words will always be respected, as well as appropriate aftercare will always be given.

Any punishments will be decided on together, and explained; including making sure Alice understands why she is being punished before moving forward with said punishment.

Punishment will never occur while Vin is angry, and will be always be consented by Alice. If she is uncomfortable, then another punishment will be suggested.

 If Vin breaks any rules, they will sit down and also decide a punishment fitting of his actions.

Alice will kneel in a designated location for a pre-determined amount of time, to consider her actions, She may have to face a wall on occasion but will never be left alone.

Isolation will not be a punishment, Vin will always be present and monitoring. 

If Alice orgasms without Vin’s consent, a chastity belt will be used for a pre-determined amount of time.

Rules of our Claim:

1. When they are at home alone, or expect to be alone, Andrew will be naked.  Cade will therefore answer the door so Andrew may dress,  and if Andrew is home alone but expecting Cade, he will put on a robe before answering.  

2. Safeword {Hippocrates} and stoplight colors are respected at all times.  Safeword and/or red is an immediate stop, yellow is a discussion, green is continue.  

3.  Honesty is expected from both parties at all times, even if it is to say he would prefer not to discuss a particular matter.  However, communication is also important.

4.  When in public, Andrew will pay attention to Cade listening for the agreed upon warning {using his full name including his middle name} that his temper might be getting the better of him, and Cade will center Andrew back in the moment and bring him back under control.  

5.  Andrew will take some basic cooking lessons, first with Cade, and then outside the home if he wishes.  Otherwise, on nights when it is Andrew’s turn to cook, Andrew is responsible for the take out.  Cade will handle weekend cooking, long weekends and holidays included.  

6. Andrew will be responsible for most of the household cleaning chores.  Cade will clean the kitchen.

7. Any changes in regular daily routines, eg, meeting a friend for drinks after work, will be communicated to the other, via call or text.

8. All important decisions; financial, family, future, home related, will be made together, as a partnership, including discussion and respecting each other’s views if different.

9. If Andrew feels like his needs are not being met sexually, he will tell Cade and they will discuss how to address those needs.  

10.  Cade and Andrew will both treat one another with respect, regardless of the situation, always mindful of how they would want to be treated themselves.

Consequences (what are the consequences of breaking the rules):

If either party breaks one of the above rules, there will be a punishment that fits the crime. No limits will be broken in fulfilling a punishment, and rules still apply in punishment situations. In the case of Cade breaking one of the rules, Andrew will suggest a reparation, which Cade has the ability to alter as the Dominant.  

In cases of Andrew’s temper, or work habits getting out of control, Cade will used the agreed upon signal, bind him with the nearest available usable material, remove him from the situation, etc. until things are back under control.

Other punishments include Andrew kneeling silently for Cade while they both reflect on the situation, without eye contact, for an amount of time to be determined by Cade, spankings, which may also be given for other reasons, but it will always be clear if the spankings are for punishment, always requiring counting, or for enjoyment.  If the rule being broken, or the way it is broken is sexually related, Cade may chose to inflict a punishment of denying Andrew sexual release for a pre-determined and appropriate period of time.

Punishments and rules alike will be an ongoing discussion between both parties as the relationship grows and changes with time, age, and circumstance.

To the Good and Noble Prince Escalus, we respectfully request your consent to enter into a Claim and in so doing, we gratefully submit the following:

Both parties will be honest and open with each other at all times.

Terran will keep his Dominant informed of his schedule and ensure that he always makes time for school work, chores and relaxation. Camilla will ensure she keeps Terran informed of her plans as well. If either party anticipates being late they will let the other know.

Terran will not engage in sexual acts with anyone apart from his domme, barring any pre discussed situations. Self pleasuring is allowed but he may not cum without his Dominant’s permission.

Terran will use his safe word and/or gesture whenever he needs to. A scene will always stop at that moment and both parties will take time to discuss what happened and decide how to proceed. The safeword may be used in a punishment but that does not mean the punishment is cancelled, merely re-evaluated.

Terran may drink alcohol and go out in the evening but he must never be intoxicated in public or with out Camillas prior approval.

Terran may not imbibe in controlled substances without his Dominants approval

Terran is free to chose his own outfits, plan activities etc but Camilla will always have the final say and if she does not agree with an outfit or feels Terran is too busy then Camilla may change things after a brief discussion. During set periods of time Camilla may make all decisions regarding Terran but these will have a clear start and end point.

At all times Terran will remember he is a claimed submissive and his actions reflect on his Dominant. He will use titles with Dominants, remember his manners and behave in an appropriate manner when in public.

Terran will wear one of his collars at all times and Camilla will wear the key on a necklace. Only Camilla may remove Terran’s collar, barring any medical reasons to remove it.

Terran will live with Camilla at her appartment until they find a suitable house in which to make a home in.

Terran will always be open with Camilla about his wants and desires. Conversely, if he feels uncomfortable, even in the slightest, he will speak openly with his Dominant about it.

Aftercare will always be provided after a scene or any intense type of play. Aftercare will involve a range of things from water to stay hydrated, food, massages, lotion, cuddling, a warm bath, talking, ect.

Consequences:

Punishments will usually consist of one or two of the actions below.

Time out/ corner time to consider his actions.

Physical punishment such as spanking.

Removal of pleasure, a chastity device will be worn for a set period of time.

Chores based on the infraction, i.e. cleaning the bathroom with a tooth brush, weeding the garden, polishing silver

Public apology

Being denied to use furniture. (Required to kneel next to her instead of sitting on the couch or chairs)

Kneeling on uncooked rice. Amount of time determined by Camilla and the severity of the broken rule.

Being sent on an errand wearing only a trench coat an anal plug or anal beads.

Being denied contact physical and verbal for time determined by Camilla.

**Punishments will be added by Camilla whenever she sees fit. These are just an example of some. At no time will a punishment result in permanent or severe damage to Terran. He has the right to use his safeword at any given time. If safeword is spoken or hand signal given all punishments will stop immediately and aftercare and a discussion will be provided.**

**All medical needs if they arise will be taken care of immediately. Camilla will take him to a doctor or hospital if necessary and cover all expenses if he gets injured or falls ill.**
