Clair-Mel City and Palm River is an older community that has quite a diverse population. Located between US-41, US-301, Adamo Dr, and Progress Blvd, many of these homes were built in the 50s and 60s. Clair Mel has a great mix of Caucasian, African American, and Hispanic populations, and it is conveniently located between Tampa and Brandon. Living in this community also provides easy access to I-75 and the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway.
Why do you buy houses in this part of Tampa?
While many of the residents take pride in maintaining their houses, unfortunately, many houses have been abandoned or are in need of repair.
