She is described as a black woman with shoulder-length, black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She was wearing an orange and black striped long sleeved shirt and blue jeans. The #VaritaCourtApartments are listed online as low-income senior housing. Bullock may suffer from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
