y’all know those people who are so deeply embedded your mental life that you just know that if you’d never met them the landscape, not necessarily of your physical life, but of your mind, the way you think about the world and the associations you make, would be unalterably different? i don’t really know what i’m trying to articulate here, but i just feel like there are some people in my life who have been constants for me while the ground of my life was shifting around me, who have been my emotional shepherds, and just, sometimes i get overwhelmed with gratitude or whatever. (yes @queerlyalex this is a post about you.)

I know it won’t and also please know that discord is the safest of safe havens for me and for all my really weird recently developed self-consciousness it rarely ever springs forth with you or @sodapopblues because rapline magic or whatever, it’s been healing in a lot of ways to be in that space with you both and I love you!
