I understand to a degree that the plot line boils down to the idea of personal agency and mc being held accountable for bad actions and that’d make sense if there was actual fiscal consequences for other characters who do shit like that within the game beyond a minor blow up that ultimately gets resolved. These mfs are ostracising mc and acting as if she’s the literal antichrist for getting a bit of William Cockleshork on a show about getting William Cockleshork. Not to mention the fact they bolster Gary’s disinterest in MC in order to push them towards that route? Not sexy. And the fact Hannah and Lottie unionised to get this mediocre crane man back in goth girlie’s bed??? Call those bitches Gru bc they’re despicable 😡

Also the fact the man who you shag is all “oh as if I’d actually have a relationship with somebody on love island! I don’t fuck with cheaters.” Except that’s EXACTLY what you did. Where is your responsibility breh? When Lucas cheated in his last relationship? Is that what you’re telling me in this Homebase? It’s just cruel, weird, stinky and a bit of a slap dashed plot line to have towards the tail end of the season and I’m not even gonna GET INTO the logistics of Marisol to Elisa.

Thank you to @chionlitg and @girlsontourgirlsontour for being responsible for me picking up LITG for the first time since *checks notes* Tempting Fate. This might start with me coming across as a hater (because I miss the old app), but I am genuinely excited to jump back into this game. Or at least dip my toes into it.

No but seriously, I can't believe I'm playing again. I haven't enjoyed a season myself since Season 4. But I have been sorta absorbing some stuff through the Tumblr fandom. It seems like some people have been getting like, Bombshell Burnout? But I'm very excited.

Naturally, I'm going to start by playing as Clarice Figg, my blorbo of my own creation.

We mourn the absence of short hairstyles. I guess the free style is fine, but of course the premium hairstyles are going to be better. I do also really like the tattoo and piercing options this season.
