Yes, and this is what annoys me the most - gambling with a country’s future because a. party politics (it was Cameron’s internal kerfluffle with esp Johnson in the party that made him promise a referendum) and b. no one actually votes for what they’re voting for. We had an EU related voting in December 2015 - and voted against - the people who pissed me off the most were the ones asked outside the polling stations why they voted no - to answer: “I always vote against the EU” - they hadn’t even taken the time to research what we were voting about (and the stupid politicians didn’t actually manage to inform us about the details either). *’throws hands in the air*

What I think is funny is that those who wanted to leave don’t want it to happen too fast. You bet: they want the money but not the rules!
Of course! I just find it stupid to throw a country into such unknown waters by a margin of a few percent. And I find it the coward’s way out to leave instead of staying and doing something about it.
